Green spa water would generally indicate an issue with water balance.
We would recommend the following:
1. Check that you are sanitising as per instructions on your label.
2. If you have recently experienced a large increase in sanitiser use, it may be Algae.
3. Check that your water is circulating for an adequate time per day (as per your spa user manual)
Allow up to 72 hours for water to clear.
